Excellent service, per usual. The ladies of the night were lovely. The real star-- these flavors! The Blueberry Biscoff & the Honey Matcha! It was me and my bestie this round. We love anything with blueberries and anything with Biscoff so that's a no-brainer. Perfect flavor combo, especially with the cookie bits! The Honey Matcha was also a perfect mix. We could taste both flavor profiles, and the matcha flavor was not too overpowering. What other choice did we have than to get a sampler, two of each flavor! Only bummer of this visit (we came too late) no more cookies! *crying* We also sampled the Pineapple Coconut Cake and the Vanilla Lavender. The Pineapple Coconut was very good, tropical vibes but just wasn't feeling tropical at the moment (I'll be going to Hawaii in a couple days, saving the feels for that)! The Vanilla Lavender was okay... definitely not a stand out for me, but it wasn't bad... if that's your preference. Maybe we'll be back once more before the month ends... if not, can't wait for April flavors!
First time here, my friend who lives in the area suggested it and I'm glad I listened. Ive cream is made on site and you can definitely taste the love that it's made with! We had the following flavors; Whiskey Caramel Swirl Mint & Chip Honeycomb The Whiskey Caramel was my favorite. It's almost like a soft serve and tasty to the last spoonful. The staff is extremely helpful/friendly and more than happy to give you a taste of any flavor you may be curious to try.
The original shop with the charm of a neighborhood favorite and the best ice cream in town. Frequent lines down the block are not to be a deterrent for stopping for a dessert. The line is usually swift and they are generous in tasting samples and kind service. The vegan, non-dairy, and sorbet options are delicious too and occasional splurges into sundaes, cookie sandwiches, or shakes are warranted. A bit crowded inside most of the time, but benches outside and the lil park across the way are a much better place to enjoy your scoops.
Finally went back to try something as I was craving some ice cream! I thought to myself I wouldn't give the cashier a hard time with my indecisiveness so I just went with a classic flavor I like. Thought it would cost more than it actually did so I'm also happy about that.
One of my boys favorite ice cream shops. The employees are always kind and quick. They have new flavors every month. Their ice cream is so yummy. They even offer vegan options.
Ampersand has monthly flavors and I've been going at least once a month to try them. There's so many flavor combinations and complimentary taste test before you buy a scoop or two. December was such a busy month for Holiday time with family and friends took me away from enjoying a little me time. I finally got my ice cream fix even tho it's 60 degrees outside. I chose the Peppermint ice cream out of 8 listed. I thought the peppermint and eggnog went together so maybe that would be the flavor for next December!
We came for their seasonal flavors and were very impressed! I got the Christmas cookie and my husband got the gingerbread cheesecake. Both were perfect! The staff is nice and their shop is cute and small. They have merch and art. We parked on the street by the library.
Ice cream in a college town is the best. And yes, I consider the youthful town of Fresno a college town. This lovely little ice cream shop is exactly what you find in a college town. It offers a lot of unique and basic flavors. Each delicious in its own right, on a cone or in a cup. There are toppings available. It's a delightful space for families, couples and singles.
